The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Provide your order details and reason for the return. Attach images if the product is damaged.
Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup or request you to self-ship the product.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 4-6 days after approval.
For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
