I placed an order just now. Can I track it immediately?

Not exactly.
Your order first goes through internal processing before being handed over to the courier. You’ll be able to track your order using “Track Your Order” right away, but courier tracking via Shiprocket will only activate after shipment.

What is the difference between “Track Your Order” and “Check Shipment”?

* Track Your Order refers to the internal order status update (Processing, Packed, Shipped, Delivered) within MedsOnCall.
* Check Shipment refers to the real-time package tracking once the order is handed over to the delivery partner (Shiprocket), including its location, expected delivery date, and transit history.

Which one should I check first?

Always start with “Track Your Order”.
This section shows whether your order has been processed, packed, or shipped. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, courier tracking won’t work.
Once the status shows as “Shipped”, you can move to the Shiprocket tracking link for real-time delivery updates.
* Please allow 24–48 hours after placing the order for tracking to be activated.

When will shipment tracking be available?

Typically, courier tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours after your order is confirmed.
Once our warehouse team processes and ships the package, the tracking link will begin showing your package’s journey.

Why my shipment status link show a 404 error?

This happens when:
Your order has not yet been handed over to the courier, or
The courier has not scanned the package into their system yet.
Until the order is dispatched and scanned by Shiprocket, the tracking system cannot generate the shipment data — resulting in a 404 error. This is completely normal for new or just-processed orders.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will:
See the status change to “Shipped” in the “Track Your Order” section.
Receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.

Can I track my order without logging in?

Yes. In the “Track Your Order” section, you can enter your Order ID and Billing Email to view the current order status.
For Shiprocket courier tracking, you’ll need your AWB number (provided after dispatch), or you can just click the provided link.

What should I do if I see no tracking information?

First, check your order status in the Track Your Order section.
If it’s still in “Processing” or “Packed”, please wait until the status updates to “Shipped”.
If your order has been shipped but Shiprocket tracking still shows nothing, try again after a few hours. Sometimes, the courier takes time to update tracking scans.

Can I get an estimated delivery date?

Yes. The “Check Shipment” will display an expected delivery date once the order is shipped and scanned.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, the estimated date won’t be available.

How often is tracking information updated?

Tracking statuses are updated:
Instantly on MedsOnCall’s system for order processing updates.
By the courier, usually every few hours or every time the package reaches a new hub.
